STAGE 2

Once we receive your application form and the deposit we send you:

• Your enrolment contract via (fax/e-mail/post)
• Your letter of admission and your student number

STAGE 3

• You have to finalize your study permit  
• You send/bring us the completed contract (fax/e-mail/post) AND
• Your R3 000 deposit has to be paid

• INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS:
• Students from Africa (SADEC countries)

These students pay a 10% levy on class fees above the approved Latitude Varsity fee structure.

• Other International Students :

These students pay a 20% levy above the approved RSA (Latitude Varsity) fee structure. 

Payment of fees for foreign students:

• 50% of course BEFORE classes commence
• PLUS the levy specified for countries

STAGE 4

• We will confirm your received payment of R3 000 (RSA Students ONLY)
• We will confirm payments made by FOREIGN STUDENTS – 50% + LEVY%
• We will also confirm the date for Registration at Latitude Varsity

• You arrive for Registration/Student cards etc. on the day specified on your admission letter
• Receive Laptop PC (t’s and c’s apply)
• Fees can be in installments over 11 months interest free

EXAMPLE:  (RSA Students)
FULL-TIME:
Course fees:  R15 500
Deposit:  R3 000 (payable before classes commence)
Balance:  R12 500
Monthly:  R1 136.37 x 11

DISTANCE LEARNING:
Course fees:  R15 500
70% = R10 850           
Deposit:  R3 000 (payable before classes commence)
Balance:  R7 850
Monthly:  R713.63 over 11 months

EXAMPLE:  (FOREIGN Students)
FULL-TIME:
Course fees:  R15 500 + 20% Levy (R3 100) = R18 600
Deposit 50% of Class Fees:  R9 300 (payable before classes commence)
Balance:  R9 300
Monthly:  R845.45 x 11

DISTANCE LEARNING:
Course fees:  R15 500 + 20% Levy (R3 100) = R18 600
70% = R13 020           
Deposit 50% of Class Fees:  R6 510 (payable before classes commence)
Balance:  R6 510
Monthly:  R592 over 11 months

We do not have hostel accommodation but will gladly assist in finding suitable accommodation for out of town students.

Students do not necessarily have to enroll for a complete course, but can also register per subject.
